my birthday meal #3

Breakfast on the resort veranda overlooking a lake was quite special. Fruits (more dragon fruit!?!?) were served first with our fresh juices while we wait for the hot breakfasts. My tomato juice was actually freshly squeezed! My first time trying a real tomato juice and I can't say I liked it.

My omelette was filled with crunchy tomatoes, peppers, onions, ham and cheese. I am not sure how they did it so that it didn't have a drip of oil. Any tips?

My husband's egg and steak sandwich. The steak was topped with some kind of fried (pickled?) onions. He said it was OK...should have asked to have the egg cooked all the way through.
