Our first roast chicken in SH

There doesn't seem to be a lot of places where you can buy whole chickens in Shanghai. And we don't think the live ones they sell in the markets would work for a roast....too scary anyway. Then we came across a semi-decent looking one at the Sheraton deli and we decided to give it a go. The verdict: not bad at all. The breast meat was still very moist and tender - will do it again.
