River Exe mussels

Fresh mussels from River Exe Shellfish Farm from down the road. We cooked them in white wine, shallots and tarragon. Love them.
Our housekeeper's creation: grilled lamb fillet with pumpkin and bean salad and toasted pinenuts. It's one of her best!
