Thai in Kowloon City

It was our first visit to Kowloon City in at least 3 years....there seems to be more and more smaller Thai restaurants in the area. The one we went to is on Nam Kok Road but I don't really know the name of it. We started off with some prawn cakes. While they tasted good we had to laugh at their shapes as they looked too much like you-know-what. :-)

Some kind of BBQ Thai sausage. We didn't really think much of them but our friends K and N loved them. The dip was excellent though!

BBQ fish (carp?) with herb stuffing. Fish was fresh and meaty - it went very well with the dip.

Roasted pork neck. We are still trying to figure out what the cut really is. It seems unlikely that it's actually neck? Our guess would be shoulder..whatever it is it's always nice and lean.

We also got noodles and some rice and with 6 beers the bill came to just under HK$400. A bargain!
